So… I like the point of this post. But I don’t think it’s all truth either. God made Marys and Marthas. Marys are the kind of people that don’t even have to try to get drunk in the Spirit. It comes naturally to them and they spend all their time worshipping and connecting strongly and intensely with God. Marthas are the people who make things happen and worship by serving, doing, organising and mobilising because God is moving in them. I’m not saying either way is right or wrong, I’m just saying some people are Marys, and some people are Marthas and some people are a little of both. It’s not okay to say don’t go bask in the Spirit every chance you get because Jesus told Martha off for trying to take Mary away from that. Sure not much will get done by the Marys in the physical, but plenty will get done in the Spiritual! And we also have Marthas to keep things moving. 

I say this as a through and through Martha spirited woman with a through and through Mary for a sister.
